These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vellum Crown (the "Service", "we", "us"), accessible at vellumcrown.com. By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
Vellum Crown is a self-service document-preparation tool. Based on the information you provide, we generate a filing package for a foreign-owned single-member US LLC, which may include a prepared Form 5472 data sheet, a pro forma Form 1120 worksheet, a Schedule C worksheet (where applicable), and a cover letter with IRS mailing and fax details.
We do not provide legal or tax advice, we do not file on your behalf, and we do not sign any form for you. Vellum Crown is an independent private business, not a government agency. The package we generate is prepared from your inputs for you to review and file. You review it, transfer the values onto the official IRS forms, verify accuracy, sign, and file it with the IRS yourself.
The Service is provided for a fee shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Cryptomus) by card or cryptocurrency. Your package is generated and made available only after payment is confirmed. We do not store your card or wallet details.
The Electronic Accountant is an annual subscription ($378 per year) that includes twelve monthly bookkeeping packages prepared from the transactions you submit. It is billed once per year. You can cancel anytime — cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access through the end of the paid year. Your books are stored in your cabinet, and you can delete them yourself at any time.
We stand behind the package we produce. We guarantee that your package is prepared accurately from the information you provide, in accordance with the US filing rules in force at the time of preparation (Form 5472 under 26 U.S.C. §6038A and Treas. Reg. §301.7701-2(c)(2)(vi)). If we make an error in producing your package from your data, we will correct it at no charge or refund you in full. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide and for reviewing, signing, and filing the package. The report we generate from your data is our responsibility, guaranteed.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
The Service, its software, and its page templates are our property. The generated package, populated with your data, is licensed to you for your own filing use.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
