This Privacy Policy explains how Vellum Crown ("we", "us"), operating vellumcrown.com, collects and uses your information.

1. Information we collect

• Filing data you submit: LLC name, EIN, US address, business activity, incorporation date, foreign owner name, country and address of residence, and the financial figures you enter to generate your package. This is private to you and reachable only through your own secure link.
• Contact data: the email address, and phone number if you provide one, used to deliver your package and invoice and to support you, plus a simple order record (order number, dates, payment status).
• Payment data: handled entirely by our payment processor (Cryptomus). We receive only a confirmation of payment status and an order reference. We never see or store your full card number or wallet keys.
• Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

• To generate the filing package you ordered.
• To deliver the package and send your invoice/receipt.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. What we do NOT do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing emails. The only non-transactional message we may send is a once-a-year reminder that Form 5472 is due again — and only if you ticked the reminder box when ordering. You can opt out of that at any time. We do not share your data with third parties except the payment processor (to take payment) and where required by law.

4. Retention — your data is yours, and you can delete it

Your data is private to you and accessible only with your own secure link — never shared with anyone else. We keep it so you can re-download your package, so we can issue your receipt and meet payment record-keeping obligations, and — if you opted in — send the annual Form 5472 reminder.

You are in control: you can delete your data yourself at any time from your order, or by emailing us. We do not impose a hidden expiry on your files — they stay available to you until you choose to remove them, subject only to records we must keep by law.

5. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
