Vellum Crown delivers a digital product (a generated filing package) that is produced and made available for download immediately after payment is confirmed.
If you have paid but the package has not yet been generated or downloaded — for example, due to a technical error on our side — you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us and we will either fix the issue or refund you in full.
Because the package is a digital good created specifically from your inputs and delivered instantly, it is generally non-refundable once it has been generated and made available to you.
Refunds are not available for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information you provided, or for a change of mind after delivery. Our guarantee covers the package being correctly prepared from your data — see our Terms.
You can cancel the annual subscription anytime: cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access through the end of the paid year. If a monthly package fails to generate due to a fault on our side and we cannot fix it, we refund that period. We do not refund a change of mind after the year's books have been prepared and made available.
Email support@vellumcrown.com with your order number and the reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible.
